A Strong Real Estate Market

Last year was a strong year in the local real estate market.  There were increases in average selling prices for the year in all three markets that I follow.  Total unit sales for the year were up nearly 10 percent in North Kitsap, and down somewhat in Jefferson County and Bainbridge Island. The tables below summarize the performance in those markets.
 

Can we expect the same performance this year? I donít foresee any major disruptions in these markets, but with the increases in interest rates, it is likely that the growth will moderate or possible level.
